I think one of the biggest problems faced by Real Estate professionals is a lack of knowledge about SEO techniques. Usually, especially when applied on a local level, the bar is not set very high. Most local competitors have VERY poorly optimized pages and are only ranking because a better page does not exist.
This is changing…either learn now, or find a trusted SEO person to handle things for you. In the coming years the local market is going to become even more competitive.

This interview is really content filled and really took my mind to the zenith. A wide range of marketing strategies are discussed very fluently with live examples. Its a great thing I stumbled upon this site and i would recommend every home owner and real estate broker on this planet to go through this site thoroughly for a successful carrier.
