<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>::Job Location::</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">You will be assigned tasks in the following Maryland Counties; Prince Georges, Montgomery and Baltimore City</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* You must have a car in order to get around easily</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* You must have a digital camera (above 3.0 Megapixel) for taking clearer pictures</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* You must have a computer and access to the internet in order to upload pictures and other documents</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* You must have free time between 9:00AM and 3:00PM EST. You must get all job assigned to you within this time frame<span id="more-136"></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>::Description of job::</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">You will be assigned several properties in the morning and your tasks is to go by them one after the other until you have completed you task for the day. You need to take as many pictures as possible per property in order to avoid repeat jobs and also for you to send in the best pictures.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: medium;">::The deliverables per property include::</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* A picture of the front of the house (to include the property address number whenever possible)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* A picture of the each side of the house</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* A rear picture of the house</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* The right street view picture of the neighborhood</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* The left street view picture of the neighborhood</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">* A summary of your observation of each property and the neighborhood it’s in.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: medium;">::What&#8217;s it in for you::</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">You will get paid between $10 per job with the potential for increase to $15 per job within 3 months of you proving that you are capable of the task without any hiccups. There is the possibility of being assigned 5+ properties per each weekday.</span></p>

You must either still be working at this institution as a Loss Mitigator or must have worked there within the last 6 months. You must have a home office, computer, dedicated fax, phone line, scanner and internet. You&#8217;ll need to be available between 10AM &#8211; 6PM EST on the weekdays. You must possess superior communication, time management &amp; organizational skills, PC Skills; Windows, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency is required. You must demonstrate initiative, be a strong team player and be willing to follow instructions. <p><span style="font-size: small;">You have been working on the bank&#8217;s side all these years. How about now for a change you can use your experience in Loss Mitigation and apply it to work on behalf of the seller? I need a motivated Loss Mitigation Specialist to follow instructions using our proprietary systems to exclusively negotiate and get Short Sales approved on behalf of distressed homeowners. I am a high volume Maryland Short Sale Real Estate Agent &amp; Investor.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: medium;">How you will get paid?</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">This job is 100% commission based. You won&#8217;t have to spend your own money on marketing. I have that covered! I&#8217;ll give you 10 to 15 deals per month. Your aim is to get at least 85% of them approved and will earn $1,000 per each approved deal. You will get paid at closing of the transaction. You have the potential to make well over $60k per year helping distressed owners out of a bad situation.</span></p>
