Need someone to take pictures of properties – $10 per job

::Job Location::

You will be assigned tasks in the following Maryland Counties; Prince Georges, Montgomery and Baltimore City

Requirements:

* You must have a car in order to get around easily

* You must have a digital camera (above 3.0 Megapixel) for taking clearer pictures

* You must have a computer and access to the internet in order to upload pictures and other documents

* You must have free time between 9:00AM and 3:00PM EST. You must get all job assigned to you within this time frame

::Description of job::

You will be assigned several properties in the morning and your tasks is to go by them one after the other until you have completed you task for the day. You need to take as many pictures as possible per property in order to avoid repeat jobs and also for you to send in the best pictures.

::The deliverables per property include::

* A picture of the front of the house (to include the property address number whenever possible)

* A picture of the each side of the house

* A rear picture of the house

* The right street view picture of the neighborhood

* The left street view picture of the neighborhood

* A summary of your observation of each property and the neighborhood it’s in.

::What’s it in for you::

You will get paid between $10 per job with the potential for increase to $15 per job within 3 months of you proving that you are capable of the task without any hiccups. There is the possibility of being assigned 5+ properties per each weekday.

I need a motivated Loss Mitigation Specialist to follow instructions using our proprietary systems to exclusively negotiate and get Short Sales approved on behalf of distressed homeowners. I am a high volume Maryland Short Sale Real Estate Agent & Investor.

How you will get paid?

This job is 100% commission based. You won’t have to spend your own money on marketing. I have that covered! I’ll give you 10 to 15 deals per month. Your aim is to get at least 85% of them approved and will earn $1,000 per each approved deal. You will get paid at closing of the transaction. You have the potential to make well over $60k per year helping distressed owners out of a bad situation.
